Description

Moving the conversation from starting apprenticeships to retaining that talent, this webinar will discuss how manufacturers, schools, and community colleges can collaborate to create clear “earn-and-learn” pathways from youth apprenticeships. Registered apprenticeships, associate’s degrees, and advanced roles (e.g., technician, mechatronics specialist, quality engineer) can all help to build sustainable careers and workforce stability.
