Description
In this session, Weld McIlvain shares the leadership philosophy that has transformed disengaged teams into high-performing, motivated cultures across multiple industries. Being a Better Boss reveals why leadership is simpler—and more human—than most people think. In this inspiring and practical session, Weld McIlvain shows attendees how to create motivated, high-performing teams without pushing, micromanaging, or burning out. Most bosses feel the constant pressure of being the one who must push, monitor, motivate, and correct. It can feel like if they weren’t there driving the team forward, nothing would get done. But the truth is simpler, more encouraging, and far more powerful: people don’t need to be pushed—they need to be led.
